Mukund Krishnaswami

Mukund Krishnaswami is the founding partner of Lighthouse Funds, and its predecessor, with direct oversight of all middle market investments. Previously he was a member of the investment team at Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking Partners in New York. During his career, he has completed direct equity investments with aggregate transaction values of approximately US$1.5 billion. Mukund's experience includes LBO/take-private transactions, recapitalizations, early to mid-stage venture capital investments, private equity and structured
transactions. He began his career in the Corporate Finance and Strategy Practice of McKinsey and Company in New York.

Mukund serves on a number of corporate boards. He holds undergraduate degrees summa cum laude in Economics and Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business. He is the Co-founder and Senior Editor of The Linneman Letter, a well respected macro-economic and investment research
publication amongst global real estate investors.
