Patrick Corso
Patrick Corso is a managing director and head of the firm's Hong Kong office. Providence Equity Partners is the leading global private equity firm specializing in equity investments in media, communications, education, and information companies around the world. The principals of Providence manage funds with over $23 billion in equity commitments and have invested in more than 100 companies operating in over 20 countries since the firm's inception in 1989. Mr. Corso is currently a director of Study Group. He joined Providence in 2003 in the firm's London office and relocated to its Hong Kong office in 2008. Previously, Mr. Corso was a vice president at Credit Suisse First Boston in London, where he was a member of the European media and telecommunications investment banking team. Prior to Credit Suisse First Boston, Mr. Corso worked at Morgan Stanley and Trader Classified Media. He received a bachelor's degree in European Business Administration from the European Business School in London.
