Robert Talevski
Robert Talevski is Portfolio Manager of Global Private Markets at Telstra Super, Australia's largest corporate superannuation fund. Joining the fund in 2010, he is responsible for managing the global private markets portfolio, covering both private equity and private debt investments. Robert's role includes forming the global strategy, investment selection, implementation, monitoring and reporting to the Investment Committee and Board. Robert has also spent some time managing the global equities and hedge fund portfolios at Telstra Super.
Prior to Telstra Super, Robert worked at JANA Investment Advisers, Australia's largest investment consultant, where his role involved both advising clients and investment research. Robert has held advisory positions covering multiple regions and asset classes across a number of large corporate and industry super funds, charities and private wealth clients. Robert was also responsible for building the private equity research and investment consulting framework.
Prior to joining JANA, Robert spent more than four years working in London at IMS and Threadneedle where he was responsible for building listed fund of fund portfolios and generating a research framework on investment managers covering multiple regions and asset classes. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Business Law) from Victoria University, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australia (FINSIA).
